Everest Releases New Track, Performs at Relix, Announces Dates with Neil Young & Crazy Horse

With their new album Ownerless set for release on June 26 on ATO Records, Los Angeles indie rockers Everest will be spending most of the summer on the road, playing a few album release shows in June before touring with Alberta Cross through July. The fall will also be busy for the band, who accepted an invitation to open for Neil Young and Crazy Horse for their fall tour through America and Canada in November. These shows will be their second encounter with Young, who selected them as his opener back in 2008 as well. The tour will also feature Patti Smith on select dates and Los Lobos on others. See below for the full list of dates.

We both needed it, Jacqueline. Though I rezalie my need was petty compared to hers. Still, I drove away feeling much better about my day, especially with the knowledge that I put a smile on someone’s face.
