Phil Lesh performed yet another free show in the bar area of his San Rafael, CA venue Terrapin Crossroads last night. Billed as The Fellowship, the show featured the Grateful Dead bassist, his sons Grahame and Brian Lesh and Terrapin Crossroads regular Ross James. The performance—which was announced on the club’s website on Friday—kicked off at 9 PM and ran until around 11. The Fellowship performed The Band songs “Up On Cripple Creek” and “This Wheel’s On Fire” while James sang lead on “Will The Circle Be Unbroken.” In addition, Grahame Lesh led the group through his own “Who I Was,” and Brian Lesh offered “To Heaven.” The quartet also dusted up the old Irish jig “Whiskey In The Jar,” a song Jerry Garcia played in a number of settings.

As previously reported, Lesh will perform with J. Geils at San Francisco, CA’s Yoshi’s on Sunday.
