Gov’t Mule celebrated Independence Day across the pond at London, England’s Under the Bridge on July 4. Although Mule was far from home, several guests sat in with the group. During Gov’t Mule’s second set, the quartet brought out onetime Steely Dan guitarist Elliot Randall—who performed on the band’s hit “Reelin’ in the Years”—for “Sco-Mule.” Later in the night, both former Whitesnake guitarist Bernie Marsden and British entertainer Paul Jones sat in for the blues song “She’s Nineteen Years Old” during Mule’s encore. The band will perform at Paris’ Le Trianon this evening.
