Bob Dylan’s New Tempest

Bob Dylan’s latest studio album is set for release via Columbia on September 11. This date represents the 50th Anniversary of Dylan’s self-titled debut also by Columbia. Tempest, which is the follow-up to 2009’s Together Through Life presents ten new Dylan originals. Once again the recording has been self-produced under the pseudonym Jack Frost. Dylan, who is currently touring in France, will begin a series of North American dates on August 10.

That’s one ugly album cover, but I’ll always be stoked for new Dylan. He’s been sounding more inspired over the past couple of years, this should be good.

I agree on both points – that cover looks like it’s from 1986.

Who cares about cover art anymore? It’s all audio files from here on out and has been for 10 years now.
