Grace Potter & the Nocturnals have added some additional acts to their Grand Point North Festival. The Burlington, VT event will take place on September 14 and 15 featuring Potter & the Nocturnals as well as The Avett Brothers, Dr. Dog, Galactic, Carolina Chocolate Drops and Sam Roberts Band, among others. Potter has now confirmed that Black Crowes guitarist Rich Robinson and his solo band will perform at Grand Point North on September 14. The Nocturnals have also added a foodie element to the fest, an all-local food fair Grand Point Local.

Likewise, Potter has confirmed a pair of late night after shows. On September 14, Nocturnals rhythm guitarist Benny Yurco will play a solo show at Burlington’s Nectar’s. Floating Action, which features current Nocturnals bassist Michael Libramento, and
Natalie Prass will open the night. Finally, on September 15 Galactic will close the weekend’s festivities with an after show at South Burlington, VT’s Higher Ground. A number of Grand Point North performances are expected to sit in throughout the night.
