Lettuce guitarist Adam Smirnoff has started to gig out under his own name more regularly. On Wednesday, August 29 the guitarist will perform at New York’s Sullivan Hall with his band SHMEEANS and The Expanded Consciousness. In addition to Smirnoff, the ensemble will feature Lettuce Drummer Adam Deitch, bassist Chris Loftlin and Blind Boys of Alabama keyboardist Pete Levin. The show is part of the club’s Catskill Chill Wednesday Jams series—promoted by the festival of the same name—and will feature FiKus.
