Beats Antique, Apparat, Random Rab, Bluetech, and Gaudi are among the artists slated to perform The Great Covergence, taking place December 20-22 at the Great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt. Presented by The Do LaB and The Great Convergence, the festival aims to bring a selection of top electronic music producers and DJ’s from the west coast’s music scene.

“Not long ago we visited the ancient land of Egypt with the intent to create this gathering,” the festival founders reveal. “For many moons, we’ve been crafting an unforgettable 3 day event for us to come together and share an outstanding adventure of a lifetime. From the enchanting streets of Cairo to the mysterious passageways of the king’s chamber, there will be mystical moments waiting for us around every corner.”

Additional performers include Govinda, Desert Dwellers, David Starfire, DJ Dragonfly, Imagika, plus Moontribe DJs: Treavor, Brad, and Dela. Additionally, the festival will host panels and workshops with various experts to discuss “the mysteries of the pyramids and the prophecies of our times.”

After the three day music event under the pyramids, the journey will continue from Dec. 23rd-28th with a five day Nile River cruise traveling from Luxor to Aswan to explore some of the world’s most ancient temples, with performances taking place in the evenings.
