White Denim have shared two previously unreleased tracks, both of which were recorded during the band’s Takes Place In Your Work Space sessions last year. Following with the vibe of that EP, the tracks evoke a similar, mellow-er side of Denim. The first song, titled “Darlene,” seems to take a tip from Montreal’s Besnard Lakes, while the second, titled “Gas on F,” is a more of a heartfelt, late-summer jam. Check out both tracks here.

On August 13 and 14, Relix presents two nights of White Denim at Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Bowl. Grab one or two night passes here.

Be sure to read our recent interview with White Denim bassist Steven Terebecki on the group’s progression from garage-punk to progressive psychedelia.
