Members of Band of Horses with My Morning Jacket earlier this summer

Band of Horses are currently on the road as My Morning Jacket’s opening act. Throughout the tour, the Americana-rock groups have shared the stage on a number of occasions. The most recent sit in took place last night at Rochester Hills, MI’s Meadowbrook Music Festival. During My Morning Jacket’s encore, Band of Horses frontman Ben Bridwell emerged for a cover of George Harrison’s “Isn’t It A Pity.” My Morning Jacket and Band of Horses will both perform at Toronto’s Echo Beach at Molson Canadian Amphitheatre this evening.
