Barry Sless to Join Phil Lesh Tonight at Terrapin Crossroads

Phil Lesh and Friends will be joined by guitarist Barry Sless for this evening’s “Album Night” at Lesh’s San Rafael, CA venue Terrapin Crossroads. Sless, who currently performs with Moonalice, has a longstanding to connection to Lesh, having performed in a previous incarnation of Phil Lesh and Friends, as well as in Kingfish, Great American Taxi, the Rowan Brothers and more. The guitarist/pedal steel player will join Lesh and his sons Grahame and Brian, along with Mark Karan for this evening’s performance. Tickets for the show are free show on a first come, first serve basis.

Last night, Phil and Friends covered Gram Parsons’ Grievous Angel, while the previous night saw the band tackle Bob Dylan’s Blood on the Tracks.

If they weren’t giving Terrapin Crossroads information on here, they might as well shut down all together. That would be like Time Magazine not covering current events.
