Kaki King has announced a new album, titled Glow, set for release on on October 9. Produced and engineered by James Goodwin (Devo, Kaki King, The Bravery, Murder by Death) along with long-time King band mate and live sound engineer Dan Brantigan, the guitar virtuoso’s new album is entirely instrumental album of non-traditional guitar tunings, rare instruments, and idiosyncratic percussive techniques.

“This is a guitar record,” says King. “This is the sound of a person playing guitar. Whatever additions we made, the fundamental of this record is still one person playing a guitar. That’s who I am.”

In support of the album, Kaki King will embark on a lengthy fall tour. See below for the full list of dates.
