Um … It was announced early yesterday that they are NOT playing THE LATE LATE SHOW on Sept. 4th because the band is to big to fit in the studio.

It’s friggin LA, almost never rains there! For a band this good they should have had an outdoor stage, kinda like that low budget Kimmel show does. Clueless to the artistic expression thing Junior Mitt Romney! There’s a good reason Susan and Derek made the call on the size of the friggin band! Some day we all gotta learn how to collaborate better! Go listen to the Santana multidimensional warrior broadcast on PBX for clues on this! Show me the friggin money-Puleeze noooo!!!

If you have ever seen them live you would realize how every piece is important. Their music is so big and grand !!! Great call TTB !!!!!! So glad you didnt sacrifice your sound for a spot on the show. Way to stay true !!!

How ‘bout just Derek, Oteil, Kofi and the drummers?....mmmm?

I agree with downsizing the band. The sax player is the weakest link and has to be replaced. I picked up the Live Revalator EP of 4 songs and the sax solo is so bad it wouldn’t even pass an audition. Eliminate the horn section, get one good drummer, keep Mike, elminate the other male singer and jam!
