STS9 have confirmed that Conscious Alliance will host food drives throughout their fall tour. Band pal Kris D. will create a limited edition ‘Art That Feeds’ screen-print poster for the tour. Anybody who brings 20 cans of food to any of our shows will receive the poster for free. The message from the band reads, “STS9 has been partnering with Conscious Alliance for the last ten years and love what they do in bringing this community together to help those in need. See you soon, and don’t forget to help support Conscious Alliance and donate some food.”

On August 25, STS9 played a two-set Axe the Cables show at Saratoga, CA’s Mountain Winery. The acoustic show featured the Axe The Cables debut of a number of STS9 classics such as “…And Some Are Angels”, “Squares & Cubes” and “Frequencies 2 -> 3″ as well as a set-closing cover of the Rolling Stones’ “Sympathy for the Devil.”

STS9 will kick off their fall tour at Nashville, TN’s Ryman Auditorium on October 24.
