Umphrey’s McGee have confirmed some additional details about their upcoming Halloween celebration. As previously reported, the band will celebrate Halloween twice this year: On October 26 and 27, the group will host their annual mash-up shows at Milwaukee, WI’s Riverbend Theater, and on October 31 the band will play a special second set of covers at Silver Spring, MD’s The Fillmore.

In advance of their Milwaukee shows, the band explains:

“Milwaukee’s Beast” will be the latest installment in our annual Halloween weekend mash-up series. In Umphrey’s McGee tradition, we’ll be mixing and mashing unexpected covers and Umphrey’s originals throughout the evening. The Riverside Theater in Milwaukee is pumped to be hosting the band, and have relayed to us that you can expect a hassle-free experience and low beer prices!

Join the band in full mash-up attire, and show off your best RuPaul Simon, Little Richard Nixon, or Larry David Byrne. Speaking of David Byrne, we are thrilled to announce This Must Be the Band, Chicago-based Talking Heads cover band, as our support for both nights.

Roll VIP for Halloween and leave the planning to us! This year’s packages feature an after-show band meet-and-greet with cocktails and appetizers, a limited-edition autographed poster, VIP preferred viewing area, early entry and much more.

Umphrey’s McGee will perform at Charlottesville, VA’s Jefferson Theater this evening.
