Jamey Johnson and Grace Potter & the Nocturnals have joined the lineup for this year’s Farm Aid. As previously reported, Farm Aid 2012 will take place at Hershey, PA’s Hersheypark Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 22, from 8 to 11 p.m. EDT.

In addition of Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews, this year’s lineup includes: Kenny Chesney, Jack Johnson, ALO, Pegi Young & The Survivors and Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real. Young will perform with Crazy Horse while Matthews will appear with Tim Reynolds.

“We are grateful for the overwhelming enthusiasm that Pennsylvania has shown for Farm Aid 2012,” said Jennifer Fahy, spokesperson for Farm Aid. “We hope that people across the country will tune in to farmaid.org to watch the “Farm Aid 2012: A Backstage Pass,” webcast. While we wish all our fans could join us at Hersheypark, we’re glad that those at home have a chance to be part of this music, food and farming event.”

Potter is close friends with Chesney and spent the summer as his opening act. They also recorded a hit duet of “You And Tequila.”
