Kyle Hollingsworth Teases String Cheese Incident New Year’s

String Cheese Incident keyboardist Kyle Hollingsworth has posted a missive on Twitter. In a message the keyboardist said, “Hmmm.. sounds like I might be busy this NYE.” In interviews since they reunited in 2010, members of the band have stated that they hope to play a New Year’s Eve show in the near future. The band has not performed on New Year’s Eve since December 31, 2006. That show took place at San Francisco, CA’s Concourse Exhibition Center.

As of press time, the group has no upcoming dates. In related news, SCI recently unveiled a new official website.

I can guarantee that they wont have their new years show in Texas. They may play “Texas” during their new years run though.
