Furthur Rocks Red Rocks Again

Night two of Furthur’s three-night run at Red Rocks was no disappointment. The band kicked of set one with one of their signature Beatle’s covers, “Here Comes The Sun”. The middle of the set brought a “Scarlet Begonias > Good Lovin’” and ended with “Sugar Magnolia.” Once again the second set started off strong with “Playin’ In The Band.” Fans were treated to a “China > Rider” as well as a “St. Stephen > Unbroken Chain” sandwiched between “Dark Star”, which may have been the highlight of the night. Furthur encored with a “Morning Dew” before reprising “Playin In The Band.” If these first two nights are any indication, it’s going to be a good fall for fans of Furthur. Full set list below.

Fantastic show!! My nephew and I flew out for his 18th birthday and first concert experience. I cannot think of a better way to break him in than seeing this band at Red Rocks. Thanks guys, for a mind-splitting show.
