Relix July/August cover subjects The Avett Brothers have confirmed a big New Year’s Eve show. The group will close 2012 with a performance at Greensboro, NC’s Greensboro Coliseum Complex on December 31. Last year the North Carolina-based Avetts moved across state lines to Greenville, SC’s BI-LO Center, but traditionally the band spends New Year’s Eve in their home state. The Avett Brothers will play a rescheduled show at New York’s Rumsey Playfield this evening.
