Dave Matthews Band have announced a string of winter tour dates. The band will will tour in support of their latest album Away From The World, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Dave Matthews Band will kick off the run with two shows at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, NJ. The tour will also include two nights at the John Paul Jones Arena in the band’s hometown of Charlottesville, VA, as well as their first performance at the recently opened Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Online presale for members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association will begin on Thursday, October 4 at 10am. Tickets will be made available to the general public on Friday, October 19. Dave Mathews Band recently released an updated version of the video for “Mercy”, the first single off Away From the World. The new video, “Mercy 9.25.12,” was made in honor of National Voter Registration Day, and was meant to illustrate the band’s belief that “one by one we can turn it around.” The band added a message about voting and included a link to HeadCount’s website in the video.
