In honor of the 50th anniversary of The Rolling Stones, New York City’s Museum of Modern Art will present the TheRolling Stones: 50 Years on Film. The comprehensive retrospective will run from November 15-December 2. It will chronicle the band’s journey through documentaries, fiction features, concert films, music videos, experimental shorts and archival footage. The retrospective will trace film careers of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood, in addition to former band members Brian Jones, Mick Taylor and Bill Wyman.

The exhibition will open on November 15 with a rare screening of Robert Frank’s 1972 films S-8 Stones Footage from Exile on Main Street and Cocksucker Blues. The retrospective will close December 1 & 2 with the debut screenings of The Rolling Stones Charlie Is My Daring – Ireland 1965.
