David Crosby will join Warren Haynes at Port Chester, NY’s Capitol Theater on October 11. The show will be part of the recently reopened theater’s two-night Weekend with Warren celebration. Haynes will play a solo set with a variety of special guests on October 11, and he will perform with his Warren Haynes Band on October 12.

In addition to Crosby, Haynes’ special guests on October 11 will include Railroad Earth’s Tim Carbone, John Skehan, Andrew Altman and Andy Goessling. The Dirty Dozen Brass Band will open for Warren Haynes Band at the Cap on October 12. After sitting in with Warren Haynes Band, the New Orleans ensemble will head to New York’s Brooklyn Bowl for a show of their own.

Crosby performed with Haynes and the rest of The Allman Brothers Band at the Tune In to Hep C benefit concert held at New York’s Beacon Theater last summer. For Haynes’ solo show on Thursday, seating will be available on the floor of the Cap (General Admission/first-come, first-served). The Balcony will remain reserved seating.

““I’ve known [Warren] since 1996 and I am thrilled to have him perform at the Capitol Theatre during our first month,”” says Relix publisher and Cap mastermind Peter Shapiro. ““We wouldn’t have it any other way. I hope these shows are the first of many for Warren at The Cap.””

Haynes also performed at the Cap in September as part of the venue’s opening week celebration.
