The Rolling Stones Finally Announce Four Dates

After months of rumors the Rolling Stones have finally confirmed four shows. In the video message seen above, the band announces it will appear at London’s O2 Arena on November 25 and 29, and then in Newark, NJ at the Prudential Center on Dec. 13 and 15. No ticket on sale information has been provided. Rather than working with longtime promoter Michael Cohl, these shows will be produced by Dainty Group and Richard Branson’s Virgin Live.

It is probably because the garden and the bay clays center are all booked already for nov/dec. Still odd though

yeah cause there are never any shows in NYC, please … those 750 bucks seats are VIP packages I think, shrug, no one is forcing you to go …

First off, I really love the Stones. But, let’s call this one final money grab the pig that it is. Steel Wheels was probably the last great Stones tour, and sadly, that was quite some time ago.

The poster shows a gorilla > King Kong > Empire State Building > Newark??? Shouldn’t the poster use a toxic mutant instead?
