Phish To Release Full Summer ’98 Show On DVD

Phish will release a full show from their archives on DVD on December 11. The 2-DVD set, Star Lake ’98, will feature a complete video of the August 11, 1998 show from the Star Lake Amphitheatre in Burgettstown, PA. The release was created from archival VHS videotapes of the three camera lawn screen feed, with audio mixed from the multi-track masters. The show featured Phish’s first and, so far, last cover of Bob Marley’s “Trench Town Rock.” The list price for the DVDs is $23.97.

Sweet! Went to these shows prior to Lemonwheel. They were busting out a different cover every night. This was a nod to B. Marley’s last concert in PA!

Trenchtown Rock may have been a nod to Marley’s last concert, but they also always open with a cover at Star Lake.
