Fans lining up for tickets

The Rolling Stones will play a warm-up show at a small Paris club later today, according to an article in Reuters. The band announced on Twitter that tickets will be available for 15 euros ($19.45) each at a music store in the centre of the city. Approximately 350 tickets will be made available for the gig. It will be the first Rolling Stones show since 2007.

The Stones have been active on Twitter recently and tweeted this morning saying, “Mobile phones, cameras, video equipment and recording devices are strictly prohibited.” They also asked fans to guess this evening’s setlist.

According to  _Reuters_, “The Paris music scene has been awash with rumors that the Stones would also play to a crowd of bankers invited by Paris-based investment house Carmignac Gestion at the Mogador Theatre in the heart of Paris on Monday.”

The Stones are slated to play four arena shows later this year in honor of their 50th anniversary.
