New York City’s first annual Jazz & Colors event has announced its line up of jazz ensembles. The free public concert will take place across Central Park on November 10 from noon to 4pm. The event will feature thirty different jazz bands, big and small, playing the same setlist of jazz standards simultaneously. Jazz & Colors has also announced an online competition for emerging jazz musicians, ages 21 and under, to win an opportunity to play at the festival.
