Mark Knopfler sat in with Bob Dylan twice this weekend. On Saturday night, Knopfler emerged near the start of Dylan’s set at Omaha, NE’s CenturyLink Center for a run of songs that included “To Ramona,” “Things Have Changed,” “Tangled Up In Blue” and “Beyond Here Lies Nothin.” The night before at Tulsa, OK’s BOK Center, Knopfler also sat in with Dylan for “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right,” “Things Have Changed” and “Tangled Up In Blue.” For the past few nights, Knopfler has steadily sat in on more and more songs every night.

The Dire Straits frontman is currently on the road as Dylan’s opening act. The longtime friends will spend Election Night at St. Paul, MN’s Xcel Energy Center.
