Dire Straits frontman Mark Knopfler sat in with Bob Dylan on two more occasions last week. On Wednesday night at St. Paul, MN’s Xcel Energy Center, Dylan invited Knopfler to play guitar on “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right,” “Things Have Changed” and “Tangled Up In Blue” near the start of his first set. Then, last night at Milwaukee, WI’s BMO Harris Bradley Center, Knopfler emerged near the start of Dylan’s performance for “Girl Of The North Country” as well as “Things Have Changed” and “Tangled Up In Blue.” Dylan and Knopfler established a similar sit in pattern when they toured Europe last fall.

As previously reported, earlier this week Dylan endorsed President Obama from the stage and gave his election predictions. The two musicians will perform at Chicago, IL’s United Center this evening.
