Bob Weir, Jackie Greene and special guests will play a benefit concert for the J/P Haitian Relief Organization and Casa de Milagros, a Peruvian orphanage. The event will take place at the 142 Throckmorton Theatre in Mill Valley, CA on December 6. This will be the fourth annual benefit concert for Casa de Milagros, though it is the first time that J/P Haitian Relief Organization will be a part of the benefit as well. General admission tickets to the event are $125, and VIP tickets are $175 with special guests being announced shortly. The show is the first during Weir’s solo tour with special guest Jackie Greene. As previously reported, the pair will play a number of shows out West during the first half of December before Furthur does a three night New Year’s Eve run at the Bil Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA.

Casa de Milagros is a unique orphanage where growth is encouraged  by providing the children with proper health, a good education, art, and recreational and social activities. J/P Hatian Relief Organization is dedicated to saving lives and bringing sustainable programs to the Hatian people quickly and effectively. Following the devastating earthquake of 2010, J/P HRO began working immediately on the ground to make an impact in Haiti.
