A mix of musicians will perform at a Hurricane Sandy relief benefit in New York’s Lower East Side on December 1. Billed as The Evening the Families Came Together:A Hurricane Sandy Benefit, the event will feature a mix of “visual and audio stimulation.” Of particular note, Mike Greenfield (Lotus, Kick Rocks, Sucker Punch), Todd Stoops (RAQ, Kung Fu) and Steve Lyons (Nicos Gun) will come together for a special hour-long set. The benefit will also feature Fundimensionals, Mother’s Wine, The Mushroom Cloud, Speakerbot, Esseks and Narkatta. Additional acts will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
