In 1996, funk/Latin percussion/reggae/R&B-groove influenced group Vinyl played the first Pre-Thanksgiving Black Wednesday show at Mill Valley, CA’s Sweetwater. The show became an annual tradition that lasted 11 years until the club closed in 2007. Vinyl moved their Pre-Thanksgiving party elsewhere after the club shut down but will bring their Black Wednesday party back to the recently reopened club this Wednesday, November 21. The Black Wednesday show is slated to start at 9 PM.
