Jimmy Herring, Wayne Krantz, Michael Landau, Keith Carlock and Etienne Mbappe Will Share the Stage in February

Widespread Panic guitarist Jimmy Herring will participate in an all-star jazz-fusion band in February. In addition to Herring, the summit will feature former Steely Dan guitarist Wayne Krantz, guitarist Michael Landau, drummer Keith Carlock and bassist Etienne Mbappe. As of press time, the musicians are scheduled to perform at Raleigh, NC’s Lincoln Theater on February 21, New York’s BB King Blues Club on February 22 and Washington, DC’s Howard Theater on February 23.

The musicians are expected to add additional dates in the coming weeks. Herring and Krantz are both documented on the DVD New Universe Music Festival 2010 .

They will be at the Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh NC Thursday February 21st as well!!!

Holy sheep %hit! I never thought I’d get a chance to see Landau with his own band, and it would be a pleasure to see Herring and Krantz again. 1,048 mile round trip to Raleigh. Must get some No Doz.
