Up-and-coming Indiana funk band The Main Squeeze will play a Phish after party at the B.B. King Blues Club in New York City on December 28. The show will start at around midnight and the group will be debuting new material, as well as some funky covers. Tickets to the show are $15 and can be purchased here via Ticketmaster. The Main Squeeze won a cool $32,000 earlier this year when they took first prize at the 2012 Venetian Macau International Jazz and Blues Competition. You can watch a video of them performing The Allman Brothers Band’s “Whipping Post” at the competition above. The band is also featured in the On The Verge section of the current issue of Relix.
