Swedish psych-folk group The Amazing have announced a series of North American shows for January. The band, which recently crisscrossed the country as the opening act for breakout indie rockers Tame Impala, will be touring in support of their latest album Gentle Stream. The Amazing will play six shows on the upcoming run, with gigs in Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Chicago, Toronto and a final stop at New York City’s Mercury Lounge on January 25. The band is a collective led by Reine Fiske of psych-rock powerhouse Dungen and singer-songwriter Christoffer Gunrup of Grenada.
