RANA/Wolf!/Bustle in Your Hedgerow guitarist Scott Metzger and Rubblebucket trumpeter Alex Toth sat in with Superhuman Happiness at New York’s Arlene’s Grocery last night. Toth emerged “See Me On My Way” while Metzger played on “Sentimental Pieces.” The songs are Side A and B of Superhuman Happiness’ new 7-inch release out now on The Royal Potato Family. In March, the band will release their debut album, Hands. Their next performance is December 30 at Mercury Lounge, a Phish after-party presented by Dog Gone Blog. Then, the group will kick off 2013 with a benefit performance and three shows alongside Red Baraat.
