A group of New Orleans musicians will come together for an all-star jam shortly after Christmas. Billed as Papalactic Congress, the ensemble will feature Papa Mali, Galactic’s Stanton Moore and Robert Mercurio, and Robert Walter. The event will take place at New Orleans’ One Eyed Jacks on December 28. The Mike Dillon Band will open the night.
