The Disco Biscuits returned to New York’s Best Buy Theater last night for the third show of their multi-day run. Much like their performance at the Best Buy on December 28, 2011, the show was a late night show that started around 12:30 AM this morning (after Phish wrapped-up at Madison Square Garden). The band performed until almost 4 AM.

The Biscuits opened their first set with this year’s first “Floodflights” and offered an almost completely segued block of music built around their They Missed the Perfume epic “Mindless Dribble.” The segment also included “Sister Judy’s Soul Shack” and a standalone “Hope.”

Likewise, the Disco Biscuits’ second set consisted of a seamless medley of music and a standalone “Spraypaint.” This time the Biscuits opened with “Voices Insane” and weaved in “The Great Abyss,” “Spacebirdmatingcall” and “Cyclone” before returning to “Spacebirdmatingcall,” “The Great Abyss” and the end of “Voices Insane.” The lone encore of “Caterpillar” closed the night.

The Disco Biscuits will play another late night shows at Best Buy this evening.
