Nigel Hall will start a four week residency at The Maple Leaf Bar in New Orleans on Wednesday, February 6. The Warren Haynes Band keyboardist will play three more Wednesday night gigs at the venue on February 20, February 27 and March 6. Hall—a native of Washington, D.C.— recently moved down to New Orleans. He is currently working on his debut album with producers Eric Krasno and Adam Deitch for Royal Family Records.

The Maple Leaf Bar is home to weekly residencies from a variety of New Orleans legends, including recurring Tuesday night gigs by the Rebirth Brass Band and Thursday night shows from Johnny Vidacovich and his constantly evolving Trio. As previously reported, Papa Grows Funk will finish up their currently scheduled Monday night residency before going on an indefinite hiatus.
