Ohio-bred, Brooklyn-based indie group The National will headline their first proper US arena show this spring when they perform at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on June 5. It will also be the group’s
first hometown show in over a year and a half. Their last New York gigs were a sold-out run of six consecutive nights at the Beacon Theater which included appearances by Trey Anastasio, members of Arcade Fire and others. Most of The National also collaborated with Bob Weir in 2012.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 18th via Ticketmaster. Youth Lagoon is set to open the show.
