The Last Minute Jam Band—Philadelphia’s longest running jam session—has returned after going on hiatus in 1996. The current lineup includes bandleader George Manney, Allen James, Garry Lee, Rocco Notte and Bobby Michaels. Past guests have included Robert Plant, Chris Squire, Ace Frehley and more. The Last Minute Jam Band will continue their legacy with a monthly jam Tuesday session at The Legendary Dobbs on South Street. The first show of the residency took place on January 15 and featured special guests from Johnny’s Dance Band and Soraia.
