Melvin Seals & JGB to Recreate Classic Shows at the Cap

Melvin Seals & JGB have confirmed a three-show East Coast run. The band will perform at Philadelphia, PA’s The Blockley on March 7 as well as Port Chester, NY’s The Capitol Theatre on March 8 and 9. At both Cap shows, the ensemble—which features classic members of Jerry Garcia Band—will recreate a classic Garcia performance. On March 8, Seals and company will recreate Jerry Garcia Band’s June 12, 1990 show, and on March 9 they will create the band’s June 13, 1990 show.

Love the Cap. This guy Dave Abear who is playing the lead in JGB keeps getting better. Another something to look forward too.
