Furthur and Zac Brown Band have joined the lineup for the inaugural BottleRock Napa Valley festival. As previously reported, the multi-band fest will take place on the Expo grounds in Napa, CA from May 9-12. Other confirmed acts include: The Black Keys, Alabama Shakes, Cake, The Flaming Lips, Rodrigo y Gabriela,The Shins, the Black Crowes, Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Alabama Shakes and Primus, among others.

In total, the inaugural fest promises more than 50 rock, soul, country and hip-hop artists, as well as hundreds of culinary choices, 13 comedians and “plenty of booze options” from 300 area wineries and breweries. The organizers will reveal five more bands from the lineup every day this week on San Francisco’s KFOG radio station. With all of those stellar acts already on the bill after the initial announcement, the Napa Valley Music and Arts Festival is looking like a new event worth paying attention to.
