Folk duo Mike + Ruthy will host the Winter Hoot this weekend at the Ashokan Center in Olivebridge, NY. The festival will also feature performances by Natalie Merchant and Friends, Amy Helm and Spirit Family Reunion, among others.

In addition to music, the Winter Hoot will have film screenings, and activities including hiking, nature photography, an indoor farmers’ market and hands-on crafts. Admission is a $30-50 suggested donation (not including food or lodging) that will help children in the Catskills and Hudson Valley attend Ashokan Center’s educational programs.
