Umphrey’s McGee were joined by Mike Dillon and Yojimbo’s Carly Meyers this past weekend. Dillon hopped on the vibraphone during a rendition of Miles Davis’ “It’s About That Time” during the band’s show at the Lifestyle Communities Pavilion in Columbus, OH on Friday. Umphrey’s McGee closed out that show with The Who’s “Baba O’Reily” just two days before the legendary rock band played at another venue in the same city.

Dillon sat in with Umphrey’s McGee once again the following night at The Orpheum Theatre in Madison, WI, this time helping out on percussion for Lionel Richie’s “All Night Long.” Dillon then took up the marimba for the next song, a bust out of the very rare “Headphones & Snowcones.” Trombonist Carly Meyers jumped in on the tune as well. The Mike Dillon Band opened for Umphrey’s McGee at both of the shows, and the setlists from those nights can be found below.
