Soulive were joined by Nigel Hall, DJ Logic and the Shady Horns on Saturday night for the third installment of this year’s Bowlive. The band knocked out covers of the Beatles’ “Eleanor Rigby,” Jimi Hendrix’s “3rd Stone from the Sun” and Steve Ray Vaughan’s “Lenny” in the first set, before being joined by the Shady Horns for “Vapor” and DJ Logic for “Tuesday.” Hall jumped in on “Gimme A Sign” at the beginning of set two, and returned again to help close out the set on a rendition of Tears for Fears’ “Everybody Wants to Rule the World.”

The fourth annual Bowlive will continue tonight with guest appearances by Booker T. Jones and the Shady Horns. A full list of guests for the upcoming Bowlive shows can be found here.
