The Roots, TV on the Radio, Solange, Antibalas, the Brooklyn Youth Orchestra and more will be at this year’s Crossing Brooklyn Ferry festival. The event will take place April 25-27 in the Peter Jay Sharp Building at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Crossing Brooklyn Ferry—which got its name from the title of a Walt Whitman poem—is curated by Aaron Dressner and Bryce Dressner of The National. In addition to the music, the festival also features an accompanying film showcase, as well as visual art installations. Three-day passes to the event can be purchased for $120 and tickets for individual days are $50.
