Vampire Weekend have confirmed their first full New York performance in over two and a half years. The band—which formed at New York’s Columbia University—will play an intimate show at New York’s Roseland Ballroom on Sunday, April 28. The group performed in Brooklyn, NY this fall as part of a Superstorm Sandy benefit but have not played a proper headlining show in the city since they sold out three shows at the much larger Radio City Music Hall from September 15-17, 2010. The group will release their next studio album Modern Vampires of the City this spring.
