Tony Furtado to Open for Yonder Mountain String Band

Tony Furtado will open for Yonder Mountain String Band at the Fillmore in San Francisco on April 26 and 27. The talented banjo and slide guitar player has sat in with the band before, including at last year’s Northwest String Summit at Hornings Hideout in Oregon. Tickets to The Fillmore shows are currently on sale for $35 after fees.

In related news. Greg Liszt, Sam Grisman, Dominick Leslie and Mike Barnett of the Deadly Gentlemen joined Yonder on stage during their two-night run at the Wilma Theater in Missoula, MT this past weekend. Lisxt, Grisman and Leslie sat in on Friday night, while Barnett joined the band on Saturday night. Yonder also appeared at the McDowell Mountain Music Festival this past Sunday.
