Jay Lane to Curate After Shows for Furthur’s Capitol Theatre Run

Ex-Furthur percussionist Jay Lane will curate a series of after shows for Furthur’s 9-night run at Port Chester, NY’s Capitol Theatre. Lane, who currently plays drums with RatDog and Primus, will also play each night. The performances are to take place near The Cap, at the Copacabana in Port Chester. The shows include Jay Lane and Friends, the Stella Blues Band, Reflections, the Demolition String Band, and more. Special guests are set to include Reid Genauer (Strangefolk/Assembly of Dust), Aaron Maxwell (God Street Wine), Kenny Brooks (RatDog), Jason Crosby (God Street Wine) and more.

Tickets to the concerts will be $20 at the door and the venue will serve late-night food. Doors open at 9pm unless listed otherwise.

i don’t know why, but i dislike the use of the word “curate” for shows. stick with art
