Counting Crows and The Wallflowers have announced a 21-stop North American summer tour. Counting Crows will be coming fresh off the heels of an Australian and European tour, while The Wallflowers have just finished touring with Eric Clapton. The band’s will kick things off at the Pennysaver Amphitheater in Farmingville, NY before making their way through the Northeast, Midwest and West Coast. Both the Counting Crows and Wallflowers fan clubs will have access to presale tickets beginning today.

Counting Crows and The Wallflowers have been friends for many years. Their relationship began in 1996, when Crows frontman Adam Duritz contributed background vocals to the Wallflowers’ hit song “6th Avenue Heartache.”
