Let It Be, a musical about The Beatles, will be starting a limited Broadway run this summer. The production deals with the full spectrum of the band’s career, from their humble beginnings to their rise to superstardom. The show will begin its limited engagement at the St. James Theatre on July 24, with previews starting on July 16. Let It Be is expected to stay on Broadway until December 29.

Let It Be debuted at the Prince of Wales Theater in London last year, but it is currently running at the Savoy Theater on the West End. The show features over 40 Beatles songs like “Help!” and “Hey Jude.” No word yet on who will be in the cast or on the creative team for the American production.
